HSA | “SHARE” Launches 14 July – The New Digital Portal for Medical Device Submissions

The Health Sciences Authority (HSA) has officially announced the launch of SHARE (Singapore Health Product Access and Regulatory E-System) as the new digital portal for medical device regulatory submissions in Singapore. Starting 14 July 2025, SHARE will replace the long-standing MEDICS system, offering a more modern and streamlined regulatory interface for industry stakeholders.

What You Can Do on SHARE

From the launch date, companies will be able to access SHARE using Corppass to submit applications and manage medical device regulatory tasks, including:
  • Product Registration for Class B, C, and D devices
  • Product Notification for Class A devices
  • Dealer Licenses
  • Special Access Route
  • Change of Registrant
  • Free Sale and Export Certificates for Class A to D devices

This launch reflects HSA’s continued commitment to digital transformation, regulatory efficiency, and better user experience for all regulated parties.

Transition from MEDICS

SHARE will be fully operational starting 14 July 2025, enabling the submission of all new applications directly via the platform.
